7th Bad Idea [Video]

[ The video broadcast is made at an uncomfortable 4 AM and for those who were around for the superhero Gotham event, it might be a familiar sight. It's Isaac, but he's dressed up in a suit and tie, donning a pair of sunglasses. ]

...Great.

[ The face he's making however says that it is indeed not great. This is made completely clear by him pulling the sunglasses off. ]

Anyone noticed this place likes to pull you back at the most inopportune times?

[That sound? That sound is definitely a noise of disbelief. Haha, protection, very funny. Though all things considered, if he hadn't pulled through with all of his appendages attached, they probably wouldn't be having this conversation.

In a morbid way, Adam's gotten off easy just being terrorized by the supernatural.]

Somehow I figured out how to make it without you. [On a more serious note, though...] Do you remember leaving here?

[People keep saying "going home" is like waking up from a dream you don't remember having, life going on like nothing's changed, but Adam only knows what he's lived through here--and what happens you travel between Heaven and Earth. Nothing like this. He can't say he cares to be in Isaac's shoes.]

[ Isaac gives him a sarcastic smile before lifting a shoulder in a lazy shrug.] I remember being here and then being there... and then being here again. When I was there I didn't remember being here though... If that's what you mean.

[ It's an agitating feeling, having memories layered upon each other, it's confusing really, and he's still trying to get his bearings. Here? He'd been with Scott and Allison... There? He'd been with Allison and Scott had been angry about it.

It's an almost kneejerk reaction, everything he has been worrying about back home, it doesn't matter because he's not there right now... That's a hard concept to deal with though. ]

Yeah, that's what I meant. But it sounds like that's how it goes for everyone. Feeling the jet lag yet? It's like four in the morning.

[Either Isaac's going to be up all night, or he's going to be asleep all day, one of the two.]

[ The teenager grins, an eyebrow hitching up slightly at the question. He's wide awake and pumped up on adrenaline, there's no way he's going to bed any time soon. ]

Not yet, it was afternoon back home.

[Yep, probably going to be some jet lag in there eventually. Wonderland is seriously messed up when it comes to dimension-hopping, but what else is new?]

Well...

[He trails off with an unspoken "I'll let you get back to it" note to his voice. Adam knows why he's up at this hour, but if Isaac needs to get his ducks in a row or get in touch with other people in Wonderland, Adam won't hold him up.]
