+ It means "eighty gods" FYI +
As you probably noticed, yesterday the Twins made their announcement and today the Bulletin Board directed you here because there's a lot to cover!
As of Friday, everyone is a student at rural Yasogami High School. All characters will believe that they are students and that they are from the rural town of Inaba, Japan. You're free to maintain relationships with other characters however you'd like, but no one will have memories of their own world or of Wonderland.
As a Japanese high school, Yasogami is made up of three grades with students from 15-18 years of age, depending on what year they're in. All characters have been randomly assigned to one of nine classes (three classes for each year), which will dictate their ages during the event. No characters are teachers, staff, family members, genius babbies, or anything else that would otherwise place them outside of the stated age range. (Non-human characters can either be human-ified or an eerily intelligent pet/local stray/whatever.)
Students attend classes six days a week, Monday-Saturday, and they're expected to wear their summer uniforms (or track suit apparently?) whenever school is in session. All the students live in a dorm where each person has his or her own room, and they attend classes in the neighboring school building. First year classrooms are on the first floor, second years are on the second floor, and, of course, third years are on the third floor (students remain in the same classroom all day, and it's the teachers who move from place to place). There is a library on the second floor, nurse's office and staff room on the first floor, and access to the roof from the third floor. Club rooms are located in a separate two-story room, and there's also a gym and practice fields. No one will have much time for clubs during the event though, because they will be preparing for the annual culture festival!
The mods have assigned each class an event Each class has decided on an event already, and they will spend Saturday, Sunday, and Monday preparing. Tuesday and Wednesday will be the actual culture festival. Each student is expected to do his or her part in planning, setting up, running, and tearing down his or her respective class's festival event, but there's also time for them to walk around and see what the other classes have done. There are also three events that are open to all students:
Here are the links to the event logs!
1. The beauty pageant
2. The drag pageant
3. The dance
Now on to some of the most important information: the class and festival event assignments!
We realize that there may be characters on each class roster whose players are on hiatus, may choose not participate, etc., but with 15-16 people in each class, there should be plenty of opportunities to interact with classmates. Of course, characters are welcome to interact with students outside of their own classes, and if culture festivals aren't your thing? There are the evenings and nights in the dorms to offer opportunities for interaction as well. We hope everyone will be able to find something to do.
One last note! All characters will be de-powered for the duration of the event. Learned skills and knowledge can be maintained as is appropriate for the characters' age and the setting, though.
There will, as always, be a Q&A thread, in case you have a question about something not covered here!

- 1. On Tuesday afternoon after the event exhibitions close, there will be a beauty pageant. Girls may sign up (or with OOC permission, their friends may sign them up) to participate. An MC (Tweedledee) will ask them some questions while they wear street clothes, then they'll change into swimsuits. The winner is decided by audience vote.
2. On Wendesday afternoon, after the exhibitions close, there will be a drag pageant. Again, the guys can either sign up or be signed up (with OOC permission), and they can get help from others to pick out appropriate clothes, and do their hair and makeup. Another MC (Tweedledum) will ask them questions, and the winner will again be decided by audience vote (no swimsuit competition for the drag pageant, sorry).
3. On Wednesday evening, a dance will be held in the gym! There will be refreshments, music, and appropriately cheesy decorations.
